Stepping Stone Preschool
 Stepping Stone's environment has been carefully planned as a child enrichment center. The building design, all equipment and each and every play and learning material has been chosen with much thought as to their all around play and educational value.
Each classroom has been designed to meet the specific needs of the children occupying it. The cubbies, sinks, toilets, tables and chairs are all at appropriate heights for their age. Also the classrooms are designed with the children's space needs in mind, along with proper lighting and ventilation. The classroom walls and hallways are decorated with children's art where they can be appreciated and become a source of pride to each child.
Our school follows a daily schedule, with both structured and unstructured time. During structured time, children engage in activities designed by the faculty. During un- structured time, children may choose activities from learning centers, which include art, science, manipulative, blocks and dramatic play.
Stepping Stone also offers on-site activities such as, computer education (2 years and up), dance and gymnastics (3 years and up), piano (2 years and up), violin & fiddle (2 years and up), karate, on-site swimming, on-site swimming lessons, and special curriculum. |
